Artisan Furniture, trading under Global Vision Direct Ltd, is a British brand with a global footprint, operating through a community-driven factory in Jaipur, India. Recognized by Forbes, certified as a B Corp, and fully SMETA audited, we stand for sustainable, ethical, and transparent trade.
This document outlines our global terms of engagement for resellers, trade partners, and wholesale buyers across our key markets. It explains how Artisan Furniture works with approved resellers and where our products may and may not be listed.

Four Engagement Formats
- Dropship Model: Sell Artisan Furniture products without holding stock. Orders are dispatched directly from our regional fulfillment centers in the UK, USA, Germany, Canada, and Australia. Benefits: free delivery within specified regions, no minimum order restrictions, and options for branded or white-label packaging.
- Wholesale Orders: Bulk buying for businesses wishing to hold stock in-store or warehouse.
- Direct Container Loads: Full container shipments direct from our community-driven Jaipur factory. Suited for large distributors or wholesalers seeking economies of scale.
- Approved Channel Partner Reselling: Resellers may sell products on their own websites or through approved e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, Wix, Magento and similar technology-based platforms.
Prohibited Platforms
To protect our brand integrity, intellectual property, and global retail contracts, Artisan Furniture products must not be sold on the following platforms:
- Amazon
- Wayfair
- Walmart
- Target
- Overstock / Bed Bath & Beyond
- Other direct retail partners of Artisan Furniture
These platforms are covered by exclusive agreements directly with Artisan Furniture. Listing products there without authorization is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and intellectual property rights.
By contrast, platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, and eBay are the correct channels for resellers. If in doubt about a platform’s approval, please contact Artisan Furniture before listing.
No Form Filling or Endorsements
One of the most common misconceptions we encounter is resellers sending us forms to complete, endorse, or authorize in order to sell on third-party platforms.
We wish to make this absolutely clear:
- Artisan Furniture does not fill in, endorse, or sign any reseller forms.
- We do not offer bespoke approvals, paperwork, or customized declarations for reselling activities.
- All product information, certifications, and assets you need are already available in your customer dashboard under the download section.
- Any request for Artisan Furniture to fill in, sign, or endorse such forms will be outrightly rejected as it falls outside our domain of operations.
Resellers must independently handle any platform-specific registration or compliance requirements using the resources provided in their dashboard.
Legal & Intellectual Property
It is imperative to understand that Artisan Furniture is a registered trademark in more than 30 countries, including the United Kingdom, where the company is headquartered, and India, where all products are manufactured.
Furthermore:
- Artisan Furniture’s knockdown mechanism is protected by a British patent.
- The majority of designs are either original in-house creations or are inspired by leading international trade shows.
Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized resale of our products can result in serious operational, financial, and legal consequences for the reseller, including but not limited to account suspension, contract termination, and enforcement under trademark and intellectual property law.

Resellers are expected to represent these values honestly and fairly in their marketing and sales.
Global Scope
This policy applies across:
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- European Union
- India
Local compliance obligations (e.g., GDPR, VAT/GST, packaging laws) remain the reseller’s responsibility.
Enforcement
Breaches of this policy may result in:-
- Immediate account suspension
- Termination of trade relationship
- Legal action for protection of Artisan Furniture’s designs, trademarks, and contracts
