This isn’t about choosing from a limited set of ready-made products — it’s about curating pieces that reflect your vision while taking full advantage of our established infrastructure. With no minimum order quantity by value or volume, you can create one piece or many, tailored to your needs. From finishes to fabrics, leathers, hardware, and leg designs, the choices are extensive — giving you the freedom to bring unique concepts to life, supported by the craftsmanship and reliability of our artisan network.

Two Levels of Customisation

  • Level 1 – Personal Modifications

Refine one of our existing designs by making subtle adjustments:

  • Change the fabric or finish
  • Swap out hardware
  • Select a different leg design

Design rights remain with Artisan Furniture. Orders must be accepted upon arrival in the UK.

  • Level 2 – Custom Creations

Submit your own concept or technical drawing. If it’s a significant departure from our range, we will craft it exclusively for you.

  • Design rights belong to you
  • Exclusive rights apply

Note: Artisan Furniture reserves the right to categorise your order as Level 1 or Level 2.

Every country operates under its own bespoke product requirements and ordering protocols. All confirmed orders are fulfilled directly from our primary manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, and are then routed to the designated regional fulfillment center based on the marketplace selected at checkout:

Pricing & Adjustments

Bespoke orders are individually quoted. Prices may vary slightly (±5%) depending on design complexity and material selection.

  • Finish Change: +7%
  • Fabric Change (non-leather): +7%
  • Fabric ↔ Leather: Case-by-case basis

These reflect the additional craftsmanship required.

Sketches on Request – Important Notice

  • Sketches can be provided upon request
  • Dimensions are approximate
  • Final product may vary slightly due to the hand-made nature
  • Sketches are visual guidance only, not exact blueprints

Terms & Policies

  • 100% non-refundable deposit required on all bespoke orders
  • No cancellations, refunds, or alterations after confirmation
  • Picture approval provided before dispatch
  • Full payment required before delivery
  • Orders are handmade and dispatched within 8–16 weeks
