Operational Flow
1. Log in to your Flo account (app.artisanflo.net).
2. Add your store and select your platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, or API).
3. Authorize the connection using store credentials or API keys.
4. Run the initial sync — products will appear in Draft Mode until you set retail prices.
5. Publish once ready.
6. Monitor notifications in your dashboard for new product additions or changes.
7. Manual CSV uploads are available at no charge, but automated syncing is recommended for speed and accuracy.

Support & Limitations
Artisan Furniture provides detailed documentation, video guides, and FAQs. Syncing support is limited to our side; resellers are responsible for their own store setup and API configuration. Some marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Wish) may not fully support syncing — functionality is not guaranteed. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Resellers must set their own retail margins; Artisan Furniture only provides wholesale/base costs.
