1. Overview

These Content Usage Guidelines establish the legally binding framework for the use of all images, data, and digital materials supplied by Global Vision Direct Ltd (UK) trading as Artisan Furniture.

All content made available through the Customer Dashboard—including product descriptions, images, videos, data feeds, and marketing collateral—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Artisan Furniture.

By accessing, downloading, or using any of these materials, you (the “Reseller” or “User”) expressly agree to comply with these terms. Any unauthorized use, modification, or reproduction will result in immediate suspension of account access without notice or recourse.

2. Display of Prices and Currency in Content

Any price-related content (e.g., product listings, catalogues, digital or print materials) must display the correct local currency for the region in which the product is sold:

Artisan Furniture does not issue or authorize Recommended Retail Prices (RRP). Resellers must not imply that any value is a “factory,” “manufacturer,” or “Artisan-approved” price.

Misrepresentation or use of incorrect currency in published materials constitutes a material breach of these Guidelines.

3. Regional Operations

Artisan Furniture operates through localized fulfilment centres and websites across six territories:

All content must reflect the correct fulfilment origin, product code, and local currency. Misrepresentation of location, product source, or fulfilment region may lead to immediate suspension.

4. Packaging Policy

All packaging is white-labelled, with no Artisan Furniture branding, logo, or company identifiers on the outer cartons or packing slips.

Branded packaging, inserts, or drop-cards are not provided for standard dropship orders. Custom or branded packaging is available only through our Jaipur factory, subject to minimum order quantities and feasibility.

Any attempt to replicate Artisan Furniture’s trade identity, or to falsely brand packaging, will be treated as trademark infringement and may trigger legal enforcement.

5. Image & Media Usage

Permitted Use: You may use cut-out and lifestyle images downloadable from the Customer Dashboard for marketing and product listings. Product descriptions may be localized linguistically, provided all factual details (dimensions, materials, finishes) remain accurate.

Prohibited Use: Do not copy or extract images or videos directly from any Artisan Furniture website (.net, .us, .eu, .ca, .au, .in). Do not use images containing people, artisans, or identifiable individuals. Do not modify, recolor, watermark, overlay, or rebrand any digital asset in a way that misrepresents product ownership or origin. Unauthorized derivative use shall be deemed copyright infringement under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

6. Brand Representation

Resellers may identify themselves as “Authorized Resellers” or “Partner Sellers” of Artisan Furniture.

The Artisan Furniture name, logo, and trademark (UK00003706491) are the exclusive property of Global Vision Direct Ltd (UK).

You may not present yourself as the manufacturer, designer, or originator of any Artisan Furniture product. Any unauthorized use of the trademark or trade identity will result in immediate termination and potential civil enforcement under the Trade Marks Act 1994.

7. Intellectual Property, Patent & Copyright Compliance

All images, content, data, and creative works are protected by international copyright and IP law.

Artisan Furniture holds registered UK patents covering both product designs and a knock-down assembly mechanism.

Resellers or affiliates may not claim patent protection or ownership for any designs, mechanisms, or ideas developed by Artisan Furniture.

Any technical or promotional mention of a patented feature must explicitly credit Artisan Furniture and be approved in writing.

Breaches of IP protection will result in:
(1) Permanent withdrawal of all content and dashboard privileges.
(2) Account termination without notice or opportunity to remedy.
(3) Referral for legal proceedings under the UK Patents Act 1977 and relevant international conventions.

8. White-Label & Dropship Use

Products supplied under white-label arrangements may be sold under your own brand name only if product data remains materially accurate, images are sourced solely from the Customer Dashboard, and packaging adheres to Section 4.

Misrepresentation of origin or fabrication of “manufacturing claims” will result in termination and liability for misrepresentation and damages.

9. Ethical & Responsible Content Use

All marketing materials and listings must reflect Artisan Furniture’s values of sustainability, fair trade, and transparency.

False ecological, sourcing, or ethical claims shall be treated as misleading commercial conduct and may result in permanent exclusion from the program.

10. Enforcement, Breach & Termination

Any breach of these Guidelines constitutes an immediate and irremediable violation. No notice, correction period, or reinstatement will be provided once a breach is detected.

Artisan Furniture reserves the unrestricted right to:
(1) Suspend or permanently terminate reseller access without warning.
(2) Revoke all digital asset rights and dashboard privileges.
(3) Blacklist the reseller and affiliated entities.
(4) Withhold pending credits or balances.
(5) Record the violation permanently.

Enforcement actions taken by Artisan Furniture are full, final, and binding. There is no right of appeal, negotiation, or reinstatement.

11. No Refund - Digital Product Policy

Once a digital asset, image, or file has been accessed or downloaded from the Dashboard, the transaction is deemed complete and non-reversible.

No refunds, returns, or credit adjustments will be issued under any circumstance. Access logs maintained by Artisan Furniture shall serve as conclusive proof of delivery and fulfilment.

By downloading or using any asset, you waive any right to claim a refund, replacement, or financial compensation.

12. Finality of Decisions

All determinations made by Artisan Furniture (Global Vision Direct Ltd) regarding compliance, suspension, breach, or termination are final, binding, and non-negotiable.

The company is not obligated to provide justification or engage in dispute resolution for any such decision.

By maintaining an active reseller account or using any digital content, you acknowledge and accept that Artisan Furniture’s decision is absolute and enforceable, without appeal, arbitration, or legal challenge.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

All determinations made by Artisan Furniture (Global Vision Direct Ltd) regarding compliance, suspension, breach, or termination are final, binding, and non-negotiable.

The company is not obligated to provide justification or engage in dispute resolution for any such decision.

14. Updates & Enforcement

Artisan Furniture may update or amend these Guidelines at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of any company asset following publication of an updated version constitutes automatic acceptance of the latest terms.

The company reserves all rights to interpret, enforce, and act upon these provisions at its sole discretion.
