1. Global Applicability and Jurisdiction
This Master Policy establishes the definitive digital return and refund framework governing all Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, digital tools, and cloud-based modules offered under the Artisan Furniture brand, operated by Global Vision Direct Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
This policy applies uniformly across all territories and entities in which Artisan Furniture operates, including:

United Kingdom
Westminster Headquarters and Ipswich Fulfilment Centre

United States
Fairview, New Jersey (East Coast) and Compton, California (West Coast) Fulfilment Centres

European Union (27 countries)
Madrid, Spain and Magdeburg, Germany Fulfilment Centres

Canada
Brampton, Ontario Fulfilment Centre (serving all ten provinces)

Australia
Melbourne, Victoria Fulfilment Centre

India
Global Factory, Jaipur (manufacturing and technology development hub)
All users, resellers, distributors, and partners accessing any SaaS platform, tool, or subscription within the Artisan Furniture ecosystem agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Covered SaaS Platforms and Services
This Master Policy applies to all current and future SaaS-based solutions developed, operated, or licensed by Global Vision Direct Ltd, including but not limited to:
- Content Studio – platform for multilingual content creation, SEO tools, and digital asset management.
- Base Camp – integrated eCommerce and digital marketing suite (domain, website, Shopify/WooCommerce sync, Google Ads, and fulfilment support).
- Fulfilment Program – digital logistics management system connecting fulfilment centres, free carriage, and return coordination.
- Reseller Data Sync – universal data integration API synchronising catalogues, stock, and attributes across Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and other platforms.
Any future SaaS products or modules launched under the Artisan Furniture group will automatically be governed by this policy unless superseded by a later addendum.
3. Activation and Installation Criteria
For the purpose of this policy, installation and activation occur when any of the following take place:
- Creation or activation of a user account under any Artisan Furniture SaaS portal.
- Submission of an email address and issuance of login credentials.
- Enabling of access to any digital dashboard, module, or API service.
- Initiation of automated background processes (e.g., data sync, analytics, integration).
Once any of these events occur, the software is deemed installed and active, whether or not the user subsequently logs in or accesses the service.
4. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Services
All SaaS activations are final and non-refundable. Given the instant access and intangible nature of cloud-based software, refunds, reversals, or cancellations cannot be accepted once an account is activated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Where login credentials have been issued.
- Where activation emails have been dispatched.
- Where API or dashboard access has been enabled.
- Any background process resulting in data handling, synchronisation, or hosting.
Upon activation, the full subscription fee becomes non-reversible and non-refundable.
5. Region-Locked Digital Products: No Swaps, Transfers, or Reallocations
All digital products, licences, and SaaS activations are strictly region-specific. Once a product has been purchased, downloaded, or activated for a particular jurisdiction, it cannot be swapped, transferred, exchanged, or reassigned to any other region.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Where a licence or digital product has been issued for a defined jurisdiction (e.g., UK, USA, EU, Canada, Australia).
• Where region-specific configuration files, downloads, or access keys have been generated.
• Where dashboards, data sync modules, or cloud environments have been provisioned under a particular country setting.
• Any background process resulting in region-locked hosting, data handling, compliance mapping, or localisation.
Once activated for a specific region, the product becomes jurisdiction-bound and cannot be swapped for an alternative region. For example:
• A UK-activated product cannot be cancelled or exchanged for a US version.
• A Canada-specific module cannot be reassigned to the EU or vice-versa.
A new purchase is required for each region. All region-bound digital items remain fully non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with Clause 4 above.
6. Pre-Activation Cancellations
A refund may be requested only prior to activation, provided that:
- No account has been created,
- No activation email has been sent, and
- The SaaS platform has not been accessed or synchronised.
Once activation occurs, refund eligibility is immediately and permanently withdrawn.
7. Service Disruption and Technical Faults
In the rare event of a verified technical fault, system outage, or hosting interruption, Global Vision Direct Ltd will:
- Conduct an internal investigation, and
- At its sole discretion, offer service credits or subscription extensions equal to the period of disruption.
No monetary refunds or chargebacks will be issued after activation.
8. Customer Responsibility and Data Security
Each customer or authorised reseller is responsible for safeguarding:
- Account credentials,
- Access tokens or API keys, and
- Linked third-party integrations.
Artisan Furniture accepts no liability for unauthorised use, loss, or damage resulting from customer negligence or external breaches outside its control.
9. Cross-Regional Uniformity
This Master Policy applies uniformly across all geographic territories, fulfilment centres, and digital platforms operated by Global Vision Direct Ltd. No regional variation or local consumer-law interpretation shall modify this policy unless explicitly required by applicable national law.
Jurisdictional alignment:

United Kingdom
law governs accounts under artisanfurniture.net.

United States
law governs accounts under artisanfurniture.us.

European Union
regulations govern accounts under artisanfurniture.eu.

Canadian
standards govern accounts under artisanfurniture.ca.

Australia
Digital Commerce Act compliance applies to artisanfurniture.au.
In case of conflict, the governing jurisdiction defaults to United Kingdom law, and Global Vision Direct Ltd (UK) retains final interpretative authority.
10. Policy Amendments
Global Vision Direct Ltd reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Master Policy without prior notice. The latest version published on www.artisanfurniture.net shall automatically supersede all earlier versions from its effective date.
11. Declaration
By activating or accessing any Artisan Furniture SaaS product, module, or account, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this Master Digital Return and Refund Policy. This acceptance is automatic, irrevocable, and forms a legally binding agreement between the customer and Global Vision Direct Ltd.
