At Artisan Furniture, all products begin their journey at our community factory in Jaipur, India, where they are sustainably handcrafted from solid wood. From there, inventory is shipped to our fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia. Our Click & Collect programme allows wholesale and trade customers to collect stock locally from one of our regional fulfilment centres. This ensures faster turnaround, reduced delivery costs, and seamless access to our furniture lines — without the complexities of cross-border shipping.

1. Minimum Order

A minimum of 10+ pieces applies to all Click & Collect orders

2. Special Prices

Special trade prices are available. All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT/GST/other local taxes. To access special pricing, please email us with your shortlisted products for a tailored quotation.

3. Larger Scale Orders

For customers seeking containerised volumes or a wider selection of SKUs, please refer to our Wholesale Programme. This provides lower pricing and greater flexibility on customisation and logistics.

5. Returns Due to Product Damage

We do not accept returns due to transit damage, as transport is the responsibility of the trade customer once goods are collected. Returns will only be accepted if the item has a verified manufacturing defect or Infestation.

6. Collection Date & Time

All collections must be pre-booked with the relevant warehouse. Collection windows are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders must be collected within 3 working days of confirmation.

7. Payment Terms

50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before collection. Accepted methods: bank transfer, online payment, or telephone payment.

8. Bespoke Orders

Bespoke and customised orders are accepted under Click & Collect, subject to lead times and availability.

9. Loading & Unloading

Warehouses will not assist with unloading or loading items into customer vehicles. Customers are responsible for arranging their own collection team and transport facilities.

Click & Collect operates strictly by prior written consent and confirmed time slot.
This is not a walk-in service, and unannounced collections or visits without proper authorisation and full payment will not be accepted.

All collections and return-related processes must be arranged exclusively through our authorised system, Flo, using a valid returns or collection protocol.

Any packages or returns sent directly to this address without approval will not be processed, refunded, or restocked.
Such items will be treated as unauthorised disposals, in breach of our operational policy, and will be deemed forfeited upon receipt.
