Our Fulfillment Program offers select customers dedicated virtual space within our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Spain. We provide a seamless, eco-friendly solution for storage, order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and returns management, eliminating the overhead of traditional 3PLs. Unlike conventional 3PLs, our program operates as a Mini-3PL, ensuring efficiency without excessive costs. With products ring-fenced and securely stored on behalf of our customers, we streamline the entire supply chain, empowering businesses to focus on growth while we manage logistics with precision and sustainability at the core.
Artisan Furniture offers a comprehensive Storage & Fulfillment Program, designed to support our customers with flexible storage, streamlined distribution, and nationwide delivery coverage.
This program is currently offered in the United Kingdom and the United States, with planned expansion into Canada, Germany/European Union, and Australia.

How It Works
1) Sign up
- UK: artisanfurniture.net → choose Fulfillment
- US: artisanfurniture.us → choose Fulfillment
2) Restock your bucket
Buy products (meeting the discount thresholds if desired). Pay in full. We add stock to your bucket up to your bucket’s capacity.
3) Ship from your bucket
Place end-customer orders via the Fulfillment Portal. We pick, pack, and deliver.
4) Track & manage
Use the Fulfillment Dashboard for stock levels, orders, tracking, and returns.

- Home Décor Bonus: Small home décor accessories do not count toward capacity and are stored free.

Restocking Rules
- No admin fees for restocking.
- No value/volume cap beyond your bucket capacity (discounts apply only when thresholds are met).
- Payment in full is required before items are added to your bucket.
- Once added, products cannot be reversed or sold back to Artisan Furniture.
- Single discount applied per restocking order (if qualified).
How We Differ from 3PL/Storage
- Factory-to-door solution with transparent, bundled pricing.
- Free UK mainland / US 50-state shipping from your bucket (area/pallet surcharges may apply).
- No hidden fees: no charges for labelling, pick & pack, inventory counts, management fees, hybrid offloading, or footprint/volume fees.
- No skip-load (disposal) fees if you discard products from your bucket.
- Unit-based capacity: a bucket of 25 can hold 25 petite nightstands or 25 sofas—size doesn’t change the count.
- Home décor storage is free and doesn’t count toward capacity.
Limitations
- Only Artisan Furniture UK products may be stored/fulfilled in UK buckets; only Artisan Furniture US products in US buckets.
- 3-month lock-in applies from program start.
- No “sale or return”: products added to buckets cannot be reversed to Artisan.
- Unsold items: collect from the hub or ship to a destination of your choice (charges apply).
- Returns policy applies to all buckets from the date of shipment from the bucket.
- Standard wasted-delivery charges apply when items are returned by your end customer to your bucket.
- Cross-border shipments from buckets are not permitted. Use Dropship/Trade/Wholesale for international deliveries.
- No cancellations once an order (including back-orders) is placed into the bucket, as cancellations affect pricing/discount integrity.
- Monthly fees apply regardless of occupancy—keeping buckets full optimizes unit economics.
Closing Your Fulfillment Account
- Provide 30 days’ written notice before your bucket’s end date.
Example: Start Jan 1, end Mar 31 → Notice due Feb 28. - If no collection/delivery address is provided at closure, remaining stock will be disposed of and the purchase value forfeited.
- If Terms & Conditions are breached or commercial interests do not align, we may issue a 2-month notice to vacate the bucket.
Tax & Compliance Notices
- United Kingdom: Please consult your accountant regarding VAT, duties, and related compliance.
- United States: Please consult your CPA about any nexus and sales-tax implications linked to storing products in Fairview, NJ. Artisan Furniture does not provide tax advice.
