Who We Work With
We partner directly with manufacturers and artisans—preferably in or around Jaipur, Rajasthan. We do not work with exporters, agents, or third-party quality control agencies.
Our strongest interest is in solid wood furniture, particularly mango wood, and mixed-material designs such as:
- Wood combined with brass or copper inlay
- Metal bases and accents
- Stone or marble tops
- Rattan and cane work
- Embossed or etched metal details
How the Partnership Works
- You manufacture products to our drawings and specifications.
- You ship only to our Jaipur factory and fulfilment centre (never directly to overseas customers).
- We handle the rest: finishing and polish, in-house quality control, barcoding, and certification.
- We then ship the finished goods to our own fulfilment centres across the UK, EU (Germany & Spain hubs), US (East & West), Canada, and Australia for local distribution.
In short: you supply well-made cores and components; we manage finishing, compliance, and international logistics.
Our Requirements for Vendors
To work with us, your factory must demonstrate strong people practices, sustainability, and reliable capacity.
Labor & Social Compliance
- No child or forced labor
- Legal working hours and paid overtime
- Minimum-wage compliance with proper payroll records
- Grievance mechanisms and a respectful workplace
Audits & Documentation
- Valid social audit (e.g., SMETA, BSCI, or equivalent)
- Health and safety measures, fire safety systems, and environmental management
- Willingness to host on-site assessments
Manpower Management
- Stable staffing with training and upskilling
- Skilled workforce in carpentry, sanding, assembly, hardware fitting, and packaging
Sustainability Practices
- Responsible timber sourcing and traceability
- Safe chemicals and finishes
- Waste segregation and emission controls
- Preference for EV-based or low-emission local transport
Quality Systems
- Moisture control and kiln seasoning
- In-process and final inspection
- Calibrated tools and standardized processes
Infrastructure & Reliability
- Adequate machinery and finishing booths
- Proper storage and packaging areas
- Realistic lead times and consistent capacity
What We Handle in Jaipur and Beyond
- Finishing & polish to meet market-specific requirements
- In-house QC for structure, finish, dimensions, and packaging
- Barcoding & documentation for ready distribution
- Certification & compliance packing
- Forwarding to fulfilment centres for international shipment
What We Buy
- Primary: solid wood furniture (mango preferred), casegoods, occasional tables, seating frames, and storage items
- Mixed Materials: brass or copper inlay, embossed/etched metal, stone/marble tops, rattan/cane, and metal bases
- Packaging: export-grade cartons with corner protection and transit integrity (final barcoding and labelling done in Jaipur)

- Factory profile (location, workforce, machinery, capacity)
- Recent social and environmental audits
- 10–15 product photos demonstrating workmanship (joinery, inlay, embossing, finishing)
- Typical lead times, sample pricing, and MOQ guidance
- Three recent export references (if available)
Every submission is reviewed carefully. Shortlisted vendors will be contacted for samples and further discussions.
