We operate strictly as a B2B supplier. Our direct customers are trade partners (resellers, retailers). We may also process end-customer details provided by our B2B clients, solely for delivery purposes in our dropship model.

  • Global Vision Direct Ltd (UK) trading as Artisan Furniture, with affiliated operations in Australia.
  • Global Vision Direct Private Limited (India) provides operational support as an affiliated entity.
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO): Amit Basu.
  • Roles:
    APP Entity / Data Controller for B2B partner information. Processor / Service Provider for end-customer delivery data (acting on instructions from B2B clients).

Personal Information We Collect

  • B2B Partners (our direct customers):Business contact details (name, title, company, email, phone).Login details (usernames, credentials, audit logs).Billing/payment information (via secure gateways).Communications (emails, calls, support tickets, live chat, Flo AI assistant).Technical information (IP address, device/browser type, cookies/analytics).
  • End Customers (delivery recipients):Name, delivery address, postcode.Phone number and email (for shipping notifications).Provided only by resellers for delivery fulfilment.

We do not collect sensitive personal information or children’s data.

Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect and use personal information to:

  • Fulfil orders and deliveries (manufacture, logistics, courier services).
  • Provide B2B services (inventory portals, ERP systems, ArtisanFlo sync).
  • Process payments and invoicing.

  • Ensure security and fraud prevention.

End-customer data is never used for marketing or profiling.

  • From resellers, who provide end-customer delivery details.

  • From third-party service providers (e.g., couriers updating tracking status).

  • Courier partners(UPS, DHL, local carriers) for delivery.
  • Payment gateways(PayPal, iwocaPay, banks).
  • Cloud hosting providers(AWS, Azure).

  • Group companies(UK and India) for operations and support.

  • Data may be transferred to theUKandIndiafor processing.
  • Data may also be hosted inUS-based cloud servers(AWS, Azure).
  • We use contractual and technical safeguards(encryption, access restrictions, confidentiality clauses) to protect transferred data.

Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary:

  • B2B account and financial records:contract term + 7 years.
  • End-customer delivery data:retained only for shipping, tax, and audit (generally up to 7 years).
