Every country operates under its own bespoke product requirements and ordering protocols. All confirmed orders are fulfilled directly from our primary manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, and are then routed to the designated regional fulfillment center based on the marketplace selected at checkout:

Shipped from Jaipur and held at Ipswich (UK)

Pricing & Adjustments
Bespoke orders are individually quoted. Prices may vary slightly (±5%) depending on design complexity and material selection.
- Finish Change: +7%
- Fabric Change (non-leather): +7%
- Fabric ↔ Leather: Case-by-case basis
These reflect the additional craftsmanship required.
Sketches on Request – Important Notice
- Sketches can be provided upon request
- Dimensions are approximate
- Final product may vary slightly due to the hand-made nature
- Sketches are visual guidance only, not exact blueprints
Terms & Policies
- 100% non-refundable deposit required on all bespoke orders
- No cancellations, refunds, or alterations after confirmation
- Picture approval provided before dispatch
- Full payment required before delivery
- Orders are handmade and dispatched within 8–16 weeks
Applies concurrently with the applicable Regional Addendum
