This Intellectual Property & Digital Assets Usage Policy outlines the ownership, permitted use, restrictions, and legal protections associated with all Artisan Furniture creative, digital, visual, textual, and technological assets. As a global B2B organisation operating across the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and India, we maintain strict control over our brand identity, photography, digital content, and creative resources.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property (“IP”) created, published, or distributed by Artisan Furniture is owned exclusively by:

This includes, without limitation:

product photography (studio images, lifestyle images, renders)
product descriptions, titles, romance copy and editorial content
3D renders, CAD files, videos, digital models
AI-generated product imagery created under Artisan Furniture workflows
branding, trademarks, trade names, and logos
website content, compliance documents, policies, and data
API documentation, data-sheets, and technical architecture
BaseCamp and SaaS design elements
digital brochures, catalogues, mood boards, and marketing assets

No rights are transferred to customers except those explicitly authorised in this document.

3. Permitted Usage for B2B Customers

Authorised resellers, retailers, and trade buyers may use Artisan Furniture digital assets strictly for:

listing Artisan Furniture products on their own online or physical retail channels
marketing campaigns promoting Artisan Furniture inventory they stock or dropship
social media advertising for Artisan Furniture products
internal training or product familiarisation

Such usage is strictly limited to promoting and selling genuine Artisan Furniture products.

4. Restrictions on Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

use of Artisan Furniture photography to sell non‑Artisan products
distribution, resale, or licensing of our photographs or digital assets
manipulation of images to remove branding or watermarking

Any such action constitutes a material IP breach.

5. Brand Usage Rules

Resellers may not:

use the Artisan Furniture trademark as their company name
imply official partnership or endorsement unless formally contracted
alter, recolour, distort, or re‑create the Artisan Furniture logo
create derivative branding using Artisan’s fonts, colours or design language

All brand references must follow good faith representation.

6. Product Photography & Lifestyle Images

Our photos—including lifestyle scenes, renders, AI enhancements, and stylised sets—are proprietary editorial assets. These cannot be:

repurposed for unrelated interior brands
used in third-party catalogues or furniture magazines
shared with marketplaces for cross-brand listings
modified to create new derivative images

Use is restricted to selling Artisan Furniture products only.

7. Digital Assets for SaaS Products

Content generated inside the following platforms remains the property of Artisan Furniture:

BaseCamp platform
Data Syncing portals
API feeds
Content Studio
SmartTalk and internal automation tools

Screenshots, UI captures, and workflow diagrams may not be redistributed or reverse-engineered.

8. AI-Generated Assets

Any AI-generated content or imagery created through Artisan Furniture systems or prompts is:

proprietary to Artisan Furniture
licensed only for the sale of Artisan Furniture products
not permitted for commercial reproduction or use for other brands

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following lead to immediate account termination:

selling images to other retailers
bulk scraping of product data or photos
using Artisan Furniture images to list products on wholesale marketplaces (Alibaba, Faire, Tundra, etc.)
falsely implying association, endorsement, or OEM manufacturing
misrepresenting Artisan Furniture assets as the reseller’s own creations

10. Enforcement & Monitoring

Artisan Furniture actively monitors:

reverse-image search engines
marketplace listings
social media platforms
AI image‑scraping detection systems
reseller websites
export marketplaces

Violations may result in:

account suspension or termination
IP takedown notices (DMCA, UK IPO, EU DSA)
invoice recovery for unauthorised gains
legal proceedings in relevant jurisdictions

11. Policy Incorporation & Legal Framework

This IP policy forms a binding component of:

Returns Policy
Regional Jurisdiction Policies
Compliance & Policy Hub

It applies to all B2B customers globally.

12. Final Position

Artisan Furniture invests significantly in photography, design, branding, technology, and digital assets. These assets may only be used in direct connection with the resale of genuine Artisan Furniture products. Any misuse, replication, or unauthorised commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and enforceable under global IP and commercial law.
